Refund Policy

In breve. Crediti e tessera si attivano subito. Se un pagamento non è andato a buon fine, se hai pagato due volte o se un problema tecnico nostro ti ha impedito di usare ciò che hai comprato, scrivi entro 14 giorni a [email protected]: rimborsiamo o riaccreditiamo.

Credits and the membership card are digital and are delivered the moment a payment is confirmed. Because of that, purchases are final, except in these cases, where we refund the payment or restore what you bought:

• a payment that reached us but did not deliver credits or the card within 24 hours;
• a duplicate payment for the same order;
• a technical fault on our side that stopped you from using what you paid for.

Write to [email protected] within 14 days of the payment with the order link or the transaction id. Refunds are sent in the coin and on the network of the payment (USDT on TRC20 or USDC on Ethereum) to the address you name, minus the network fee. Nothing renews by itself, so there is never a charge to cancel.
